Marketing Image Renovation

The Dominion Group is an exceptional real estate developer, specializing in residential renovations. The quality of their workmanship is superior, but that was not reflected in their print and digital marketing efforts. Mt Vernon Marketing was tasked with totally revamping and consolidating the advertising, marketing and communications of the Dominion Group’s five real estate divisions: Properties, Investments, Financial, Restorations and Rentals.

Our creative team created an image library that captured the craftsmanship of the interior and exterior transformations of primarily row homes in Baltimore City. Executive portraiture, and staff workday scenario photography was produced for public relations and marketing communications.

We also developed print collateral to promote home sales, and helped produce bid proposals for major redevelopment projects. Homebuyer testimonial videos were key to a redefined and compelling multi-media marketing effort.
